Salary Range: 16,000 – 22,000 BDT (Based on experience & skill)

We’re on the lookout for a Junior UI/UX Designer who can turn complex ideas into clean, intuitive, and beautiful user interfaces. This is your chance to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where innovation meets impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers to create stunning UI/UX solutions

• Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications

• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes

• Apply design thinking principles to solve real-world user problems

• Ensure design consistency across all digital products

• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and tools

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of industry experience in UI/UX design

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and functional designs

• Basic understanding of user psychology, design principles, and responsive design

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A burning passion for pixel perfection and design innovation

Bonus Points:

• Experience in motion design or micro-interactions

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS

• Knowledge of accessibility best practices
